To handle and ensure target adherence for the requirements of OEM customers
To Monitor and control existing Business Plan
To handle RFQs, product costing, techno-commercial negotiation with customers to handle the Existing customer (Key Account Management), their queries, complains their requirement.
To Handle and bid special orders from customer.
To Handle costing (zero base costing) data compilation, comparisons, analytical analyses.
To monitor delivery of material as per customers schedule
To attend the customers queries and resolve issues suitably
To strike balance between the demand and supply of the business.
To take active part in the process of all commercial related activities, strategies, presentations etc.
Internally Coordinate with Production, R&D, Purchase, Accounts and dispatch departments to ensure the timely completion of the project/ Dispatch and also strike a chord with our Sales and Design Team who are based at our Head Quarters in Japan.
Ensure smooth verbal and mail communication and build good rapport with internal and external customers .
To serve as the binding factor between the production and the OEM customers
On top priority acquire New Business and develop sales and profit for the Company
