A leading IT MNC at Bangalore is looking for a Senior Data analytics professions with pre-sales experience - Candidate must have 10-16 years of experience.
Must have 10 to 16 years of experience, with at least 5 years of functional analytics experience.
Candidates with expertsie in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks,AI, Big Data, Cloud AWS/Azure, Spark would be ideal
Should have Functional Analytics experience in CPG - Supply Chain Analytics, Retail Analytics, P&C Insurance Analytics and Customer Analytics.
Analytics in specialized areas like TPO/TPM, Forecast Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Network Optimization, Pricing Analytics, Churn Management, Claims Analytics, Customer Analytics Segmentations, Profiling, Scoring and familiarity with analytics outputs and database structure basic will be an added advantage
Candidate should be familiar with Hive, Python and Spark
Candidate must have consulting experience with Fortune 500 organizations
Must have worked with different industry verticals like CPG, Retail, Media and High Tech industry, Travel & Hospitality, BFSI expertise
Collaborating as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal groups
Preparing the estimate, schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan
Preparing the cost model estimates working with delivery organization(s)
Aligning final solution architecture (including statement of work, schedules and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions
Understand and translate requirements into a solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings
Understanding and clearly defining the inputs required to create cost estimates;
Managing the sales team, Subject Matter Experts required during the sales process and the communication/ collaboration with the delivery organization(s)
Interfacing with the delivery organization/s to ensure effective transition, shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver
Deal shaping and closure
Business case development
Proficient understanding of integration, analytic and database technologies
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to present to CXOs
