Job Description

- Understand client necessities and deliver solutions through data collection & statistical modelling.

- Consult clients to sharpen their business strategy using analytical models like Bayesian regression, Factor analysis, Cluster analysis, sampling, ARIMA and agent-based modelling.

- Develop KPI frameworks for marketing campaign impact analysis and conduct market mix optimization studies based on historical sales data, to add value to client revenue stream.

- Lead a team providing data based solutions for client business issues in areas of market optimization, pricing analytics and social media analytics.

- Focus on team development by creating a knowledge sharing environment about latest trends in market analytics and develop white papers for the same.

- 4-8 years of experience in business analytics developing sophisticated statistical or econometric models.

- B.E/B.Tech (any discipline) or MS in Statistics/Economics or MBA in Marketing or equivalent.

- Advanced proficiency in Market Mix Modelling, Bayesian Regression and R.

- Hands-on experience and mastery of R/SAS/SPSS/Alteryx and Spotfire/Tableau.

- Proven track-record of team building and development, with an ability to mentor and lead individuals.

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an experience of Client management.
