Assisting business development teams in preparing client pitches.
Mentoring and coaching employees and share and implement new trends and business practices in analytics with the teams.
Providing consulting, relevant insights & innovative analytical solutions to clients by understanding statistics.
Working extensively on R in building various analytical models and manage end to end project delivery to the clients.
Bringing in best practices and emerging trends in the field of analytics as well as implementing them in the organization.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
A post-graduate degree in Engineering/Statistic/Economics with 5 to 8 years of experience in Advanced analytics, Problem-solving, Team management and Client management in CPG /FMCG/ Retail Analytics.
Proficiency in R, SAS, SQL, Python, Predictive/Statistical modeling, Tableau and Machine learning.
Prior experience into Advanced Analytics / Big data will be preferred.
Prior experience Microstrategy, Spotfire, Ms. Excel, PowerPoint and other BI tools such as Qlikview & Business objects will be preferred.
Exceptional analytical, communication and people management skills.
