Converting Room Booking Enquiry into Sales and respond to all customer enquiries regarding room booking and services.
Troubleshoot customer problems and coordinate with various internal teams to resolve problems.
Interact with customers over phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various care queries and issues.
Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives such as Booking, Customer Experience and detailed care services provided by company.
Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.
Capturing and applying customer feedback.
Generate leads/prospects over phone, Send mailers and maintain complete database/ reports.
Self initiative and goal oriented to make outbound calls for sales closures.
1+ year experience in RM/ Inbound/ Outbound Sales with ability to provide exceptional customer service to keep the customer delighted.
Excellent listening, communication and convincing skills.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Candidates with multilingualism will be considered an asset.
Exceptional communications and interaction skills in Hindi and English (Written and Verbal).
Willingness to take up individual targets and flexible to work in shifts.
Team player, self motivated and enjoys working in e-travel and hospitality industry.
Business focused, Positive Attitude with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power-Point.
