Job Description

1. To keep operational errors to a minimum by adhering strictly to internal procedures and observing applicable banking and regulatory requirements. 2. To highlight areas of improvement in our internal procedures and processes so as to increase productivity, improve cost efficiency and achieve a more robust operational environment. 3. Handles queries on Fixed Deposit / Loan from operations Management, other departments and RM/MA 4. Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all client's fixed deposits and loans. 5. Ensure proper recording of transaction tickets from LBS and facilitate end of day transaction control sheet 6. Provide operational support for STP transactions 7. Checking of daily rates interfaced to Olympic 8. Ensure that rates are correctly quoted for fixed deposits and loans. 9. Review daily SOD/EOD control reports 10. Checking of waiver and adjustment memos and entries 11. Preparation of monthly waiver report 12. Monitoring of sundry account balances and follow - up 13. Provide operational support for handling of deceased clients 14. Participate in UAT & BCP documentation drills and ensure to kept up to date on the BCP drills / activation. 15. General filing and warehousing duties & follow up with IT on system issues. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate with strong experience on Loans & Deposits Good Communication skills
