As a Recruitment consultant your responsibilities would include:
Maintaining a healthy portfolio of candidates and clients.
Pitch business to new clients, understand their business needs and most importantly maintaining a healthy relationship and knowledge of product which is the candidate market.
Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Group's commercial performance.

Ideally you have a MBA/Post graduate degree with 1- 4 years of work experience in a client facing role.
You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business.
