A seasoned sales professional with 7-10 years of overall experience in Sales out of which at least 3 years in selling Salesforce based Services and Products.
? Must be India based and must have experience in selling Salesforce services across multiple geographies including but not limiting to US, EMEA, UK and Australia.
? Must be well versed with the Salesforce product stack and must have high level understanding of the Salesforce capabilities and solutions.
? Must bring in good client references from his/her past organizations which could become potential leads for Damco.
? Good understanding of Salesforce Community and experience in utilizing that to generate leads.
? To mature leads and create them into identifiable Sales opportunities.
? To build a solid and reliable sales pipeline that can progressively materialize in sales.
? To coordinate and manage person/ team involved in lead generation and support them in lead qualification process.
? To grow clients and sales revenue in respective Region.
? Profile is majorly responsible for Account Hunting / Direct Sales for selling Salesforce based Services and Products.
? Accountable to meet Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets.
? Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
? Managing accounts for repetitive business
? Ability to scale in a growing, complex, direct & indirect sales environment.
? Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels with high level of motivation and solid business acumen.
? Ability to formulate Go to Market strategies.
? Ability to establish and meet sales targets, goals and objectives.
? Ability to forecast monthly/ quarterly revenues.

Strong sales management experience with customer facing engagement skills at all levels
? Several years of the full complement of the sales continuum (e.g. inside sales, lead qualification, direct sales, channel sales etc.)
? Proven experience in fetching large deals in Salesforce custom development services. (USD 200K and above)
? Revenue responsibilities in excess of $ 1 Million.
? Must be willing to work in UK/US shift and must be open to Travel onsite if required
