Grow the DSA, DST & Builder Channels of sourcing home loans
Responsible for visiting various builders and institutions for the marketing
Responsible for meeting the decision makers in order to generate new accounts and relationship.
Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations.
Ensure effective and smooth relationship with clients
Understanding marketing schemes which can be offered to builders.
Tie up with builders to in order to promote the sale of their apartments against fee through existing local
home loan sales team apart from retail loan to the prospective customers.
Understanding builders expectations and retail customer expectations and create a product which suit
them and build book of CFL HFC with reasonable profits.
Facilitate in getting Construction Finance business from these relationships
Maintain MIS pertaining to builder interactions and visits. Tracking & following with the internal teams.
