The Sales and Business Development Manager builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Acting as the product expert, the candidate will focus on sales growth of Shree Sharda Industries products such as LED components including LED drivers, modules, and emergency LED drivers, LED lamps and new technologies products within the OEM Sales Channel with LED Distributors & wholesale electrical distribution.
Positions are open for one of the following regions:
• DELHI NCR
• Develop new market strategies for increasing LED Product Sales in wholesale distribution network.
• Promote/sell products, projects, services and/or solutions directly to new customers
• Identify opportunities for business expansion with new distribution accounts, determine customer needs, negotiate terms and close sale.
• Plan own territory & aggressively pursue opportunities and support SSI Business unit products with Trade regional managers and sales professionals, and manage own resources.
• Develop strategies focused on expanding client base; produce new account revenue, and manage new accounts to expand revenue for LED products.
• Act as the Technical Subject Matter Expert for LED Technologies.
• Develop and Execute Impactful Presentations and Training
• Work with minimal guidance from manager
What we look for
• Experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Development areas preferably in LED industry.
• Proven interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Highly motivated, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills including fluent use of Microsoft office, CRM and custom software applications.
• Preferred experience with electrical distribution.
