Team: Shared Resource Center - Global Sales Operations & Effectiveness (GSOE) - The team is responsible for supporting internal Sales teams and working alongside other cross-functional teams where appropriate to improve customer experience & optimize process.
This role requires working in shifts.
Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
- Quote support to Sales
- Order status enquiries
- Collaborate with in field sales team to support them and manage queries with respect to processes and programs that SRC are briefed and trained on
- Escalation of queries to Symantec in region Operations or appropriate cross-functional team for 2nd level support on handled processes & tasks
- Opportunity Registration data updates (status, data accuracy).
- Opportunity Registration Approval SLA Reports.
- Update Partner Profiles - Opportunity Registration.
- Channel Territory assignments (Channel DBR).
