Role objective: To plan and execute activities and deliver the sales budget for the territory and channels. High focus on Retailing Key Responsibilities: Implement channel distribution objectives, develop the intermediaries/ channel partners/ stockiest network to drive reach and penetration across the territory. Accountability for secondary sales (Retail Distribution) growth and commercial hygiene in territory. Build capability of the indirect sales force by communicating and reviewing their delivery against expectations, market working with them to build capability Building frameworks for CA / Stockiest to review indirect sales force performance. Skills/ Experience Required A graduate with minimum 3 years of prior work experience in a consumer goods sales environment in a frontline sales role (direct or indirect employee). Knowledge of basic concepts of consumer goods distribution such as various channel partners, distribution mix, ROI calculation, visibility creation, retail and wholesale trade mechanics and evaluation of distribution health indicators. Knowledge of competitor mapping and benchmarking. Budget/ Revenue Responsibility Typical annual Sales turnover budget of INR 15 to INR 36 Cr. Per annum.
