Articulate Company's value proposition in client presentations - both in the area of Investor Servicing/Client Onboarding and Fund Accounting
Periodically meet existing customers, understand and address service issues and grievances if any.
Meet leading intermediaries selling AIFs and build relationships with them
Customer delight, managing and nurturing existing relationships would be paramount
Take feedback from clients to enhance in-house Fund Accounting module
Constantly be on the lookout for new opportunities and areas to service in order to increase existing service basket / offerings
Meet given profitability and revenue targets
