Job Description

Position : Sales Manager ( Hydraulic/ Pneumatic Automation Equipment ) with 4+ yrs of experience. Candidates with 2-4 Years experience will be taken as Sales Engineers.

Location : Delhi

Education : Degree/ Diploma ( Mech Engg )

Experience : 4+ Years ( 2+ Yrs for Sales Engineers )

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience.

Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. Candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in TECHNICAL SALES, preferably in the field of hydraulics. The candidate should be a specialized sales person with INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE, familiar with all the tools and aspects of sales and have the ability to build and work with a dynamic team. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Sales Engineers role. Desired Candidate Profile: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Effective oral, written and presentation skills. Willingness to travel. Adaptable, with the ability to work on multiple projects. Technically sound. Team driver, who enjoys working cross-functionally with others. Has industrial exposure. Has own conveyance. Key Responsibilities: Sales of Hydraulic equipment and Heat Exchangers PAN India. Application-oriented sales, direct to end users and OEMs. Preparing, implementing and executing effective sales programmes, strategies and processes. Liaisoning with other in-house teams and departments for product development and delivery. Team training and building- guiding, assisting, monitoring and developing the team members. Client Account Management- orders, payment receivables, tax forms, performance audits etc.

2. People with lesser experience will be placed as Sales Engineers ( 2 in the field of Hydraulics and 2 in the field of Heat Exchangers ). Should have min 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of hydraulics or heat exchangers. The candidate should be familiar with all the tools and aspects of sales and should have the ability to work with a dynamic team. Must be Technically sound. Have industrial exposure. Active and willing to travel to potential customers.
Own conveyance a MUST. Must have proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Presentation, Outlook) & Internet. Key Responsibilities: Sales of Hydraulic Equipment and Heat Exchangers, PAN India. Lead generation through various means. Following-up on leads. Technical selling. Strong Customer relationship building. Maintaining the existing customers and developing new ones. Regular customer visits and maintaining close contact. Submit and Follow-up on quotations. Handling negotiations. Closing orders. Payment follow-ups. Reporting. Liaisoning with other members of the sales team and other in-house departments.
