Job Description

- Lead conversions from leads shared by company

- Advising clients on investment in Real Estate and providing end to end solutions for acquiring a property.

- Primarily responsible for initiating first level contact with existing and prospective customers.

- Execute call & email campaigns around upgrades, new product launch & legal compliance initiatives.

- Build pipeline of all opportunities through Leads and Campaigns. Update on a weekly basis.

- Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested. - Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach. - Product introduction of new releases.

- A go-getter with a passion for business development & Sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience into direct sales, B2B sales, handling HNI/Ultra HNI clients

- Open for Individual role

- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.
