Job Description

1. Responsible for commercials (volume , Value & CM) of Energy and Resources Market segments in Indian sub-continent (ISC) which includes Fuels and Lubes , Water Treatment, PU Catalyst , Paper etc.
2. Implement long term business plan and strategy in co-ordination with Country Manager ISC and APAC market Manager. To drive business in Indian Sub-Continent for the Market segments of Poly Urethane Catalysts , Fuels & Lubes and Resources etc. Formulate local strategies to achieve the targeted long term plans. Product range includes Amines & Surfactant
3. Develop PU Catalyst Business in Indian Subcontinent.
4. Responsible for the Volume, Value and Contribution Margin annual targets for the market segments. Identify key/strategic customers according to the agreed strategic execution plans in assigned territories (Indian Subcontinent) and ensure that action plan is in place for each key customer to achieve customer intimacy for the delivery of value to the business. Execute the pricing strategy and participate actively in pricing and contract negotiations with key customers
5. Develop and implement strategies to monitor customer expectations and ensuring that services provided can meet and surpass these mutually negotiated expectations and agreed service targets. Provide reliable 24-months rolling forecast on a monthly basis.
6. Liaise with Regional Market Managers to identify long term growth opportunities and develop sustainable five year plan and execute it successfully
7. Develop gap filling plans and fulfill the gaps arising on monthly basis.
8. Adhere to Business Compliance requirement and Huntsman EH&S code
9. Manage and provide strong leadership to the assigned distributors, guide them in achieving annual sales targets and ensure timely submission of quarterly reports from them
10. Effective management of the receivables, DSO and overdue
11. Establish and maintain a customer database that enables the business to access key information. Regular updates on market intelligence and Reports as required by organization
