Job Description

Responsibilities:
Formulating of Business Strategies, forecasting and business planning
Hold direct responsibility for Sales Quotas and Business Plan in the ISV segment
To prospect, qualify, and capture new business opportunities
Engage with Designs & Engineering/R&D Heads, build relationships at C-Level with key accounts and clients
Understand and comply with order booking, invoicing and collections processes
Responsible for account management of Key Customers
Understanding customer's business, strategies and objectives
Penetrating customer's organization horizontally and vertically
Developing strong relationship with customer key people
Account Mining & Cross Selling
Engage in regular monthly and quarterly business reviews and weekly forecast activities
Develop strategic goals and determine global strategies for developing new business opportunities

Required Skills:
Individual with a minimum 8 to10 years of quota-carrying sales experience and a successful track record with target accounts
Prior experience in selling embedded system design services / product development / consulting services
Comfortable with sales operations including the creation and management of large and sustainable sales pipelines, accurate forecasting and sales reporting
A team player who can seamlessly co-ordinate between internal and external customers
Plugged into the engineering organizations of certain verticals such as Storage, Healthcare, automotive, Industrial Automation, ISV.
Evidence of success establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives
Proven experience dealing with complex business and software development processes and issues within the OEM environment
Demonstrated ability to recommend appropriate solutions
Sound experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue generation, Demand and Opportunity management, Commercial Negotiations & Legal Matters
Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple client contacts in a self-driven environment
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
Must be able to operate independently
