Job Description

To attain maximum clients, Listening to the customers & present perfect information to make a sale, email communications with clients, sending & replies to customer emails. Maintaining good relationship with existing customers by calling, sending msgs., meetings etc.

Finding new opportunities & new leads for generating sales, collect competitors information,

Reviewing own sales performance & aiming to achieve targets.

Creating special discounting proposals to give it to customers.

Cancellation process handling.

Responsible for business development and marketing & sales of the projects.

To be able to convince clients to make site visits and show them the sample flats register the clients for further process and follow up with clients regarding registrations and payments etc.

Formation of Strategies for Generating new Customer leads and then converting them in Bookings

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly plan to achieve the set target.
