Job Description

Position: Asst. Manager - Sales- Home Appliance , Cookware Job Description: Develop primary & secondary sales of assigned territory & meet the desired growth plan of the state. Payment & C-form Collection from Channel Partners. To develop secondary sales & promote our brand. Regular visit to Dealer & Distubutor retailers in the assigned area to update them for new developments / schemes. Monitor day to day working of executive / MSRs. Ability to meet budget target for the State. Introduce new product at mechanic / retailer level Conduct brand promotion activities in the field. Able to optimize the channel. Knowledge of territory (aware with key distributors, retailers & mechanics of the area). Sales & Negotiation Skills. Channel optimization, Leadership Skills. Desire Profile:- Candidate should be Graduate / MBA / Graduate Experience 4-7 years of Home Appliance , cookware sales Salary : 3-4 lpa Location-Goa Competency Skills: - He should be a self motivated individual having excellent communication - Strong motivational and influential people skills. - Extensive and relevant knowledge of good food and wine. - Enthusiasm for creating delicious food and providing great services.
