Consultants should have the below skills & expertise:
Must have participated in at least one complete compensation cycle.
Must have experience in setting up compensation plan templates
Familiar with setting up Guidelines and eligibility rules. Hands-on is a must.
Have worked on creating budget and adding budget calculations.
Familiar with managing group assignments to compensation groups.
Configured role based permissions
Hands-on compensation plan template XML.
Must be sound in reporting. Must have experience in creating roll up reports, YouCalc widget and ad-hoc reports.
Should be well versed with Compensation implementation guidelines right from understanding business requirements and then translating them to system configuration and create solution design.
Must be comfortable with creation of compensation statements including creating templates, setting permissions, assigning employees to group and generating statements.
Must be aware of integrating Compensation with otherSuccessfactors modules.
