Candidate should have 4+ years of SAP PM ( Plant Maintenance ) implementation experience and hand on support / roll out projects.
Overall responsible for the delivery of individual service / service package meeting, delivery schedule & agreed SLAs / KPI throughout SDLC, from requirement understanding till Hyper-care support.
Responsible for interacting with customers, understand the requirement, document Functional Specification (FDD), map requirement via customization / necessary development, testing solution via Unit Testing / Functional test / UAT.
Address complex client issues involving interactions with client executives, and anchor meetings / negotiations with the customer.
Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently communicate a point of view.
Must have hands on knowledge of Blueprinting & configuration in SAP PM
