Job Description

Vacancy for agents who have an experience in tech calling inbound or outbound process.
Profile Requirement:
Only hiring experience candidates who has worked in Outbound Tech Support Sales
Inbound Tech support.
Freshers Do not Apply
Candidates who have dialed in another campaign apart from Tech do not apply.
Candidates who have worked or working in international Bpo in tech process
outbound or inbound tech support apply ASAP.

Summary:
Resolving the issues of the customer's computer based on software problems.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Candidates with Good computer Knowledge and should have the ability to solve
issues like troubleshooting Computer issues like Windows OS, Mac OS software
related issues like antivirus, troubleshooting issues for software problems in
iPhone, Ipad and solving issues in Printers, Routers any Apple Mac or Windows
devices, also he/she should know how to show EVENTVWR, INF, NETSAT, PREFETCH,
ETC AND THEN HAs TAKEN REMOTE ACCESS CAN APPLY.

With good communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Confident In handling inbound calls
Flexible in terms of shifts/timings/Process
