The RM has responsibility to execute the organizations strategy and ensure the sales targets are achieved accordingly. The below objectives must be achieved: 1. Achieve Sales target 2. Work on increasing own productivity. 3. Must increase branch penetration for sales maximization 4. Deliverance on Focused products & Renewals. 5. Plan one to one meeting with RMME/RMSE customers and maintain data for cross sell opportunities. 6. Analyze Branch potential based on Renewal base, customer base, loan accounts. 7. Plan Branch visits according to potential. 8. Have a clear focus with list of branches where SPs are required. 9. Prepare Loan Book for his branches.
