Job Description

Job Title: Regional Training Manager Location: Bangalore, Mumbai & Kanpur About the Organisation: Organisation is in the arena of - Coaching & Guidance with its excellent performances in various Medical and Engineering Entrance Exams across India ever since its inception in 1988. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Train employees on Soft Skills & Functional Skills. 2. Closely work with Corporate Training Team & deliver training program as per the guidelines. 3. Prepare & publish performance reports of training participants on timely basis. 4. Travel across the region & conduct team building workshop, Sales & Refresher Training. 5. Implement relevant measures to achieve desired level of Customer Satisfaction across the region. 6. Work closely with Corporate Training & Quality team to understand learning gaps across the region. 7. Design & Develop training programs as per need analysis (TNA). 8. Discuss & understand training needs (TNI) by closing working with concerned authorities Qualification & Skill Requirements: - Worked as Regional Trainer for a minimum of 1 year. - Training Delivery experience of minimum 5 years. - Full time MBA. - Proficient with Microsoft Office. - Desired Traits: Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive, high on Interpersonal & Communication Skills. Travel Requirement - Job requires extensive travelling across the region. NOTE: 6 days working environment
