Job Description

• Review (annual or quarterly) plan and check for new programs, courses or classes not listed.
• Conduct take-up review as per process.
• Responsible for Instructor loading, creating delivery SRs.
• Interact with customer for requirement gathering.
• Freeze delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with business units and stake holders.
• Responsible for evaluations through quality review, training effectiveness.
• The RDM is responsible for creating the forecast for schedule of classes for the following quarter.
