Job Description

Review (annual or quarterly) plan and check for new programs, courses or classes not listed.
Conduct take-up review as per process.
Responsible for Instructor loading, creating delivery SRs.
Interact with customer for requirement gathering.
Freeze delivery schedules.
Coordinate with business units and stake holders.
Responsible for evaluations through quality review, training effectiveness.
The RDM is responsible for creating the forecast for schedule of classes for the following quarter.
