* Manage the entire Training requirement for the Region
* Training setups for Staff i.e - TLs/ Floor & Store Managers
* Documentation for Ops& Sales teams
* Following the L&D SOP governance
* Content Development
* Collaborate with Brand Trainers

* Candidate should be from Retail/QSR Industry with Training Experience.
* Sound knowledge of L&D process.
* Excellent communication skills
* Team Leader
* Able to travel across the REGION
