We have an excellent opportunity for Regional Sales Manager with a leading NBFC in Kolkata and chandigarh A few details are given below for your reference: Position: Regional Sales Manager Location : Kolkata and Chandigarh Education: Preferred Post Graduate in MBA (Finance/Marketing) Preferred Industry experience - Bank / NBFC Handling Sales in Retail Assets Unsecured Loans with Relevant Experience in Channel Partner Handling Desired experience - Relevant experience of 8-12 years Salary: CTC upto 13 Lakh Areas of expertise : As a State Head, you'll be required to Visit Merchants, Retailers ,SMEs. Task will be to establish the new loan product in its niche segment in the Online Market space and maximize the benefit of a first entrant its space. Also responsible to get new channel partners on board and develop cordial relationship with established channel partners for continued business growth and effective handling of Sales team, meeting overall objective of the company. Roles and Responsibility : 1. To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the online market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 2. Responsible for the growth of the Business Portfolio and ensuring targets are met. 3. Ensuring the quality of Portfolio: Be on the lookout for stress signs in the client operations / activity and address them. 4. To prepare action plans sales team for effective search of sales leads, prospects, referrals & DSAs in the online as well as offline business space. 5. Recruitment & managing a team of 4-6 Cluster Managers. 6. Training and Development, Motivation, Guiding, Attrition Control of the teams to accomplish set revenue and business targets. 7. Explore new avenues for growth along with new set-ups. 8. Develop Relationship with Channel Partners using technology. 9. To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance of the team. 10. Maintaining excellent relations with key clients / business groups to generate referrals as well as build avenues for additional business 11. Planning and Implementing Promotional Activities to create brand visibility. 12. Effectively handling of sales team and nurturing & promoting talent for next level of achievement.
