KRO Program designing, onboarding, policies, adherence
Driving KRO AVI ( availability-visibility index) and SOGA leadership
Managing TAT adherence, Servicing norms and Stock Adherence
R&R / Loyalty programs
ROI and dynamic review of KRO-tiers
