Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for execution of sales plan and achieve the sales target assigned
Analyse and understand customer's requirement and offer them best solutions to meet their requirement
Responsible for timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations for all enquiries received
Conducting research about the clients background, turnover, strengths, weakness, products through online/offline information
Maintain long term relationship with old and current customers to generate additional revenue for the organization
To work closely with the Sales Head to drive the organizations growth , product development and geographical spread
Conduct basic marketplace intelligence and research to map business potential of existing customers as wells identify new customers
Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies
Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry

Customer Relations:
Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to their queries.
Ensure service quality feedback on a monthly basis and implement corrective actions to ensure customer stickiness/ retention.
Work in coordination with Pricing/ Procurement team to provide best possible quote to customers as well as secure good margin for the company too
Ensure timely redressal of pre & post sales customer queries, grievances and escalate issues whenever required
Ensure regular visit to all key customer to maintain smooth relationship

MIS & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to SOPs formulated and strive continuously to improve the same
Ensure timely submission of all required MIS to management
Responsible for safeguarding of all documents related customer, orders, specifications, etc
Ensure separate files for each customer is maintained and any document is easily available at anytime
Team Development:
Ensuring Proper training,mentoring, coaching is given to the team members thereby contributing to the organizational success
Key Criterias:
Qualification : Qualification: Graduate, PG/MBA Preferable
Technical Skills Needed : Business intelligence, Persuasing Skills and MS Office
Behavioral Skills Needed : Customer Service Orientation, Achievement Orientation, Drive Initiative and Energy, Teamwork, Flexibility and Resilience and Process Orientation

Key Performance Indicators
Achievement of allocated Financial Targets , Allocated GP Targets and Volume Targets
New Customer Acquisition and Number of new customers on board
Data Quality Management- Sales MIS & Report Generation
Usage of CRM Tool
Customer Satisfaction Feedback
