Job Description

1. Achieve set sales revenue
2. Build brand value for the company through various propaganda methods like sales promotional activities
3. Understand the market trends, customer needs and increase sales revenue year on year
4. Adhere to delivery schedules as committed
5. Review and monitor performance of staffs /agents on a quarterly basis based on annual targets
6. Establish short term and long term plans to cover new markets and new products
7. Retain and enhance customer loyalty
9. Identify training needs of employees /agents to enhance their efficiency and performance
10. Manage cost and statutory form collections of orders executed
11. Initiate methodologies to motivate marketing team /agents to increase sales
12. Prepare sales strategies to counter competition /market trends

13. Provide forecast plan on monthly basis to manufacturing
