Responsibilities:
- To drive productivity for the savings account team of the region
- To strategize sales activities to increase the branch SA book for the region
- To motivate, guide, train & mentor sales team to achieve their targets
- To monitor & improve the quality of sourcing for the team
- To ensure sales compliance in line with bank guidelines

Key Skills:
- Should have experience in direct sales role
- Should have handle/driven big sales team
- Should have good banking experience
