Implement and Strategize Premium Optimization goals by deploying Upsell and Cross Sell Hooks
Continuously monitoring and measuring Sales Force Effectiveness and taking timely effective measures around, Product Skills, Soft Skills and Sales Process Skills
Implement operational process on ground , ensuring 100% adherence and meeting the SLAs as laid out
Monitoring sales quality and implementing measures to improve the Sales Quality on New Business
