Study the rural markets of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh and to evaluate the best distribution model for the companys products.
Develop the process for indentifying, vetting and appointing dealers and distributors.
Appoint Distributors & Dealers in the assigned states
Plan, strategize and execute sales plan and achieve targets in the assigned territory
Identify possible service center locations
Liaise with manufacturing, to provide feedback on products
Education & Experience:
B.Tech (Electrical or Mechanical) /Diploma in Electrical engineering/MBA .
10+ years experience, with at least 7 years in Sales
Should have experience of heading sales for a State for Solar products/ e-Rickshaws.
Deep understanding of Rural Markets.
Should have executed road shows, familiarity in local dialects is a plus.
Honest, Hands on, down to earth, common sense approach
Average to good English communication. Should be able to summarize and draft mails in English
Fluency in Hindi
Openness to travel extensively within the territory
Relocation to Delhi is essential
