Regional Sales Manager - North India - FMCG/FMCD
Work Location: -Delhi/NCR/Gurgaon
Responsible for managing sales in assigned territory through channel management.
Develop channels by exploring additional channel partners.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Interface with dealers to define requirements, prepare and present proposals and sales and marketing support.
Defines and directs the sales strategy for the region. Oversees the strategic development and implementation of sales strategy. Builds strong relationships with key leaders, partners, stakeholders, and customers, internal or external to the sales organization.
Owns development of regional sales strategy and business growth plan for existing/new TPs.
Owns development of monthly demand plan for the region.
Drive sales target-setting for BMs, and conducts periodic reviews.
Manages deployment of TPI and trade schemes in coordination with branches.
Leads representation in regional events to support business development as required.
Oversees all marketing and key account management activities for the region.
Currently we are looking for Regional Sales Manager for one of the Reputed Consumer Durable Organization. Looking for seasoned sales professional having experience into FMCG / OTC / Food/FMCD industry and have exposure to North India Markets. Candidate should have Min 7 - 15 years of experience into Sales in FMCG industry.

Candidates must have handled ASM team minimum for 3Yrs time
Candidate must have handled the Business Turnover of 200 - 600 CR
Age should not be more than 40 yrs
