Job Description

• To handle the team and get work done from subordinates.
• To be accountable for his team performance by achieving the target set.
• To achieve the sales target (Sanitary ware / Tiles) as per the budget on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis for the concerned state
• To achieve the collection as per the collection plan on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis for the concerned States
• To achieve the average credit period of 30 days
• Meeting up with Architects, Builders and Contractors.
• Responsible for MIS reports of the region.
• Implementation & Adhering the company norms within the Team Members.
• Other Administrative activities- C Forms/ Maintaining Cost Budget for respective Zonal Office.
• New Dealers/ Distributor/ Channel Development for concerned Region/ Area/ Territory.
• Promoting products in Architects & Interior Designers.
• Holding & Managing key accounts.
• Generating good amount of monitory realization for company in terms of value.
• Creating and maintaining ambiguous relations with all stakeholders for continuous business.
