Job Description

Business Generation : - Conduct sales calls in order to introduce Co's services to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients. - New client acquisition. - Ensure repetitive business from the current clients. - Responsible for P&L of the business - Achieve top and bottom line - Generate leads from all possible sources from different sources. - Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market. - Negotiate with clients resulting in a positive revenue stream for the business. - Meeting Business Development KPIs; marketing calls, client meetings. Client Management - New client hand holding by ensuring service levels are met with expectations. - Account Mining - Bring in new business units from the exisiting clients - Handling client challenges & resolving it within TAT. - Ensuring Client satisfaction and Client retention. - Review of service quality with client. Team Management: - Responsible to lead team. - Responsible for overall productivity of the team. - Retention, Development and Career planning of the team. - Incentives, Reward, Recognition, evaluation and training are conducted for the team. - Coaching and guiding team members to do their best and sharing feedback at regular intervals. - Inducting new joinees to ensure a smooth learning curve . - Responsible for smooth functioning of all business lines. - Deal with all stake holders for smooth functioning of the business Market Intelligence: - In-depth knowledge and understanding of market /industry trends. - Build plan for workforce supply and demand. - Understanding job trends in different geographic Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets: 1. 10+ Years of Experience & Must be from Staffing Industry & should have headed contract staffing business 2. Consistently demonstrated high performance selling and management of top performing sales teams 3. Consistently achieved aggressive sales and company goals 4. Proven ability to recruit, train, manage and retain top sales team 5. Knowledge & experience with both inside and outside sales 6. Adept at selling across multiple products 7. Strategic thinking and ability to execute at a high level 8. Excellent verbal & written communication skills 9. Excellent interpersonal skills 10. Excel at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced, growing environment 11. Extremely adaptable and flexible
