a) Lead a team of hunting and farming (5 team members as of now) client partners and account managers to drive client's GTM for India Enterprise across all service lines
b) Partner with delivery and competency for overall business execution with a focus on bottom-line driven growth.
c) Own customer and partner executive relationships directly and through client partners.
d) Guide the overall team effort for success in territory and act with urgency in owning actual account execution when required.
e) Set the client on 30%+ YoY growth for next 3 years and bring required managerial skills to make it happen.
f) All associated activities in conjunction with sales - sales pursuit, presentation of offerings, orchestration, responding to RFX, closure, contract negotiation, internal coordination for sales opportunity closures
g) Leverage partner/consultant eco system for given set of accounts
h) Collection of A/R
i) Planning, implementation and operationalization of sales strategy in the vertical
j) Sales reporting, CRM management
k) Plan, participate and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, exhibitions, customer specific events for sales support
- Skills/ experience needed:
a) Prior 14+ years of sales experience with at least 6 years of relevant IT sales experience. Exposure of MRD vertical and IT Captives would be added advantage
b) Proven experience of managing direct and indirect teams
c) Proven hunting and farming skills
d) Proven consistent sales revenue achievement
e) Ability to network with CXO's and have required business and IT conversations
f) Established connects with the CXO's in the industry in South market which will help with quick ramp
g) People skills - the job involves networking with clients, partners and a large virtual team inside the company
h) Should have done large deals, sales of services, account management of large accounts at CXO level
