Job Description

50% should be recruitment and 50% HR generalist role.
End to end management of all HR activities for the business including on boarding, Employee Engagement , Performance Management and retention.
Initiate Talent management & Talent development programs.
Design annual resourcing plans with stakeholders.
Build and manage internal and external pipelines of candidates.

Desired Profile

HR generalist with strong sourcing background with 7 - 9 Years of experience.
Should have experience in handling vendors and recruitment agencies.
Must have experience in hiring in any of these i.e IT , Finance and HR domain.
