As a Recruiter you are accountable for End to End RECRUITMENT : Interacting with Hiring Managers for requirement, sourcing profiles,conducting personal-HR interview, Salary negotiation and coordinating till Candidate Onboarding and completing pre-joining, post joining Documentation process.
Must have good knowledge of Job portals and Should be Proficient on resume search through Job portals & using search engines like Google, Linkedin, personal network, headhunting etc.
Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
To involve in Behavioral and Competency based Interviewing & partnering with Hiring Managers for appropriate hiring decisions.
Leads the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and coaches each candidate appropriately at every stage of the process.
Works on hiring for high volume positions and Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements.
Sourcing to Interview ratio & Offer to Joining ratio should be higher.
Ensure hiring of the right quality, in the right time frames and within budget.
Evaluate innovative, low-cost and effective hiring methods.
Stay current on trends and innovative approaches to attract best talent in the industry
Candidate will be responsible for handling Team & Accountable to close all the requirement arising effectively.
Creating recruitment related reports and facing audits.
