What we are looking for - RPA Support Analyst Job Description:- Schedule, administer and monitor robots in the operational environment Serve as Point of Contact for RPA Global Support, get heavily involved in rapid recovery of RPA solutions during production outages, and communicate accordingly to impacted customers. Perform root cause analysis and identify solutions to prevent reoccurrences of incidents. Participate to support documentation creation, update and sharing. Participates and ensure adherence to incident, problem, and change management processes. Participate to the continuous improvement of the platform monitoring and production processes. Understand and remain fully aware of the business processes automated on the production platform. Participate to Resiliency events (Disaster Recovery, Sustained Resiliency, etc.) to ensure Business Continuity objectives are met. Maintains effective relationships with core and extended program team members, peers, senior stakeholders and business managers. Provide weekly reporting for the support activities. Experience: Overall 4-8 years & Blue Prism 2+ years . Education: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Computer Science, Information systems, Information Technology or related disciplines. Preferred Certifications / Affiliations: - ITIL Certifications Specific skills required : Experience in supporting or developing RPA Solution (BluePrism would be a distinct advantage). A strong application/user support background with client facing internet and back office applications. Strong knowledge on ITIL Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
