Job Description

Domain and Primary Requirement - Perform transaction monitoring. Monitor and provide Feedback on the calls monitored Should be able to provide detailed constructive and documented feedback Domain experience preferred Manage performance objectives through use of various Quality Tools Provide leadership, guidance and feedback on individual performance using coaching tools and customer feedback Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Strong analytical and problem solving skills Heightened attention to details to ensure accuracy in output Strong listening and comprehension skills Conduct change training and process refreshers Special Share RCA and recommend appropriate actions to improve within the Quality form Highlight compliance or fatal issues Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review Share trends & observations of issues impacting performance of the business Customer Focus understand the customer and their environment and implement changes accordingly Language skill in a permutations as desired from the business requirement (Hindi; English; Telegu; Tamil; Marathi; Kannada; Malayalam) IMMEDIATE JOINER .
