Second Level in the QC / QA with Customer service development
Lead under HOD / The team of Hollow ware Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Parameters related to Glass, Quality Initiatives, TPM, TQM, IMS, Team Management, and Customer Relationship.
Managing under HOD the entire QC/QA activities in plant. Independently handling of Internal & external audit in second line.
Address and resolve customer issues with technical solutions and maintain customer relationship.
Conduct training & awareness improvement programs among existing team of manpower with current Best practices in the Industry.
Should have technical background about glass and machines.
Reporting to QA/QC HOD.
