Job Description

Key Area of Responsibility
Develops defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.
Monitors the project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with external customers or field-based employees on technical matters, as and when needed
Assigns and monitors work of project staff, providing technical support and direction.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge in SDLC
Responsible for entire project life cycle
Primary customer contact during project implementation
Must have experience working in IT Services - web based application development for international customers
Ability to manage cross-functional teams (BA, Development & QA)
Deliver projects on time, within scope with high quality
Development and execution of project plan and all related tasks
Responsible for project resource management
Issue, Change and Risk Management
PMP certification preferred but not required
Internal and external status meetings and reporting (tracking timeline, cost, scope)
Proficient with any project management tools
Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics for software development, test
Execution, bugs, issues, risks, and other aspects of project management
Excellent international customer facing experience

Technical Skills

8+ Years of Experience.
A very robust knowledge of Salesforce.com and deep experience adapting it to various business needs .
A strong architectural background to guide the optimal evolution of the company's enterprise architecture
Robust communication and collaboration skills as this position will require coordination with multiple individuals across business functions, at all levels of seniority, in both business and technical roles
Experience designing and implementing new Salesforce objects, workflow rules, custom layouts, and other standard Salesforce customizations
Experience designing, coding, and implementing APEX code (Triggers, Classes, Components, etc), Visualforce components, SOQL statements, and other advanced Salesforce customizations
Experience in ServiceMax implementation
Strong experience with technologies supporting SaaS applications, including XML, Web Service
