Job Description

Must have knowledge of Payments Industry and payment networks like Visa, MasterCard, AMEX
To front end and co-ordinate with the customers (Banks) for the Payment Gateway Product related activities including new requirements, modifications, UAT or Production related issues, production movement, daily MIS, PG certification requirements, etc.
Must possess knowledge of IT Delivery channels like ATM, PoS, IVR, Kiosk, Internet, Mobile etc.
Should be familiar with Issuance & Acquiring.
EMV knowledge & experience is must.
Must be familiar with cards issuance management (Credit, Debit, Prepaid etc).

Roles & Responsibility

1. To front end and co-ordinate with the bank customers for the following;
a. Product Support to existing bank customers.
b. Coordination between internal teams in FSS and the bank customers for the rollout of ASP PG Services
c. Coordination for implementation of new functional requirement between the respective functional owners at the customers end and FSS end.
d. Coordination and resolution of any UAT or Production related issues.
e. Production movement of CSMs.
f. Taking review meetings and ensuring resolution of issues and tabling of concerns from FSS if any.
g. Providing the required clarifications/information at such review meetings.
h. Assisting Banks merchants for any Integration related issues.
2. To track performance and business from the customer banks.
3. To co-ordinate with the finance team for invoicing and receipt of the payments from banks.
4. To ensure that all the daily reports are being sent to the customer banks
5. To prepare required documentation as per the requirement for the new requirements and customers.
6. To co-ordinate and arrange for product demos for new customers and thereafter to arrange for providing the product training to the banks.
7. To maintain good relationship with the key merchants.
8. Ensure adequate product support and coordination to the business / customer facing side of FSS and ensure customer satisfaction with the PG services.
9. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure product and services are operational and in good health.
10. Ensure post implementation customer support both at a bank level as well as merchant level from time to time
11. Tracking monthly billing to respective bank customers, delivery and acknowledgement of the invoices, timely payment and MIS tracking on an ongoing basis.
12. Identifying market needs and opportunities, analysis of competitor gateway features, modules, upgrades and infrastructure and sharing the same internally with the respective FSS Team to evaluate and enable these services where possible.
13. Facilitation of other products like B2B and remittances using PG as a channel.
14. Arranging for the Product related Responses for RFPs from various concerned teams.
