Business Development & People Manager Work with the client to put together an account forecast mechanism Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities Create compelling proactive and reactive proposals, solutions, or business propositions that would convert into repeat business Ensure team is engaged and motivated at all times Delegate, monitor, and hand hold as required B. Functional Background: Full time MBA Engineering Degree / Science graduate preferred Experience in the custom eLearning or software development space is preferred C. Behavioral & Managerial Skills: Ability to manage large engagements with little or no direction manage client expectations, escalations, planning, resourcing, scheduling, costs, variances, etc. Excellent team manager and team player Strong analytical skills, ability to make sense of numbers, and handled International clients. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Self-starter, ability to Multitask, an Agile Listener and must have a Passion for Excellence.
