10+ years of overall experience, with minimum of 4 years in Telecom Domain projects
Strong Project Management Experience in Billing and operations support systems ( OSS/BSS ) transformation
Experience as a Business Analyst in the OSS/BSS space for a Communications Service provider
Must have experience successfully leading complex technical engagements and teams, throughout the entire project lifecycle, with team sizes ranging from 10-25 resources.
At least 2 years of experience contributing to the development and presentation of client proposals.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong experience using Microsoft Project Plan and Microsoft Excel
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
Very strong verbal communication skills, strong relationship building capabilities and the ability to bring diverse stakeholders to the table and gain consensus
