The role-holder will be responsible for planning and managing to ensure timely deliverables. He will oversee a team that can include leads, senior developers and developers in order to achieve the deliverables.
Responsibilities include complete ownership of requirements, managing resources, effort estimation, ensuring that schedules or project/product goals are met, tracking progress, managing risk and ensuring that the final deliverables meet the required specifications.

Responsible for building PMO competency
Ensure overall success by planning, managing, tracking and reporting all work activities from the projects, units and performance for various programs
Oversees and aggregates all unit project views and ongoing activities for management and control purposes
Coordinates all end-to-end project management and support activities (issues, risks, action items, documentation)
Manages and analyzes the project deliverables, escalates any deviations in timeline or budget
Serves as information center for the program information related to timelines, documents, deliverables and budgets.
