A Programming Design Manager will be responsible for providing technical solutions and managing teams. The candidate will be responsible for interaction with client, requirements analysis, designing the architecture / framework, creating technical design document, consulting with client on technical front, managing multiple projects and solutions, undertaking the leads review of the deliverables. The candidate will also be responsible for continual improvement and innovation, which will help the team to be on time, on budget, and on quality.

Capture clients requirements and provide technical solutions to clients requirements Ensure performance at all levels of tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving technical problems. Provide technical direction for development, design and systems integration. Be able to make the right decisions on which solutions to implement if any challenging technical problems arise. Need to make a decision on what is best for the company, whether it may be cost or length of resolution. Research and keep abreast of emerging tools / technologies in order to be able to deliver the most up - to - date solutions, including learning new programming languages or technologies. Provide technical training to the team and may continue to coach them as needed. Also ensure that there are technical procedures, documentations, and standard policies put in place, which should be reviewed on a regular basis.
Working with client team for requirement analysis, solution, troubleshooting, status update, etc. Assign each team member specific tasks and oversee their performance.
