Production Head (Global Broadcast Media Co)

This is a position for someone who has eye for detail & is entrepreneurial, resourceful and proactive. Prior knowledge and experience as Production Manager in Broadcast Media is desired. The ideal candidate will exhibit judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with relevant specialisation
Around 7-12 years post qualification Production Management experience relevant to listed responsibilities for this role.
Demonstrable track record of Production Management in Broadcast Media / Films.
Knowledge and understanding of the international content marketplace
Proven project management expertise .
Effective and efficient problem solving and analytical skills
Commercial and financial acumen and attention to detail.
Effective presentation skills.
Ability to conduct market, industry, and company research.
Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
Must demonstrate maturity, high integrity, energy and team spirit.
Possess strong interpersonal skills.


Scope :

We are assigned to search successful Production Manager to work alongside other teams from Broadcast Media organisation the and our producers to create world-class content that will air across multiple platforms. Will be utilising production skills gained in the field to help ensure productions are professionally managed from preparation through to delivery.


Key Responsibilities :

1. Partner to deliver content meeting editorial ambitions within operational and financial constraints
2. Management of productions, adhering to best practices keeping in view creative, appropriate technology, budgets and schedules in view.
3. Monitor the production cash flow and cost reports throughout production to make sure that content delivers on budget
4. Ensure technical specifications and deliverables are adhered to throughout production
5. Establish risk management has been considered and allowed for as per guidelines
6. Ensure legal/paperwork requirements are maintained
